MINUTES OF THE MEETING
September 22, 2008
Administrative Meeting
The Plymouth Conservation Commission held its regularly scheduled Administrative Meeting on Monday, September 22, 2008 at 7:00 PM at the Plymouth Town Hall, 11 Lincoln Street, Plymouth, MA 02360. Present were Chairman, Evelyn Strawn; Vice-Chairman, Gerre Hooker; and Commissioners David Foster, Brooke Monroe and Paul Withington. The Conservation Planner, Elizabeth Sullivan and the secretary, Michelle Turner, were also present.
Absent: Christopher Brink, John Scagliarini
The following Requests for Certificates of Compliance (COC) were reviewed:
SE57-106 Georgia Schlepegrell, 64 Shore Drive, for construction of a single family dwelling.
Gerre Hooker motioned to issue the COC. Motion approved unanimously.
SE57-1491 Ernest Brow, 8 Shore Drive, for septic system upgrade.
Gerre Hooker motioned to issue the COC. Motion approved unanimously.
SE57-1745 JD Cordage LLC, Cordage Park, for clean-up and fencing.
Gerre Hooker motioned to issue the COC. Motion approved unanimously.
SE57-2270 Maurice Castonguay, 29 Provincetown View Road, for additions to single family dwelling.
Gerre Hooker motioned to issue the COC. Motion approved unanimously.
Extension Permits:
SE57-2079 A B & W Realty Trust, Angela Chin, 77 Long Duck Pond Road.
Gerre Hooker motioned to issue a 3-year Extension Permit. Paul Withington opposed.
Motion was approved by a majority vote.
Approval of Minutes of the Meeting:
September 8, 2008. Gerre Hooker motioned to approve as written. Approved unanimously.
August 25, 2008. Gerre Hooker motioned to approve as written. Approved unanimously.
August 11, 2008. Brooke Monroe motioned to approve as written. Gerre Hooker abstained. Majority approved/one abstention.
July 28, 2008. Paul Withington motioned to approve as written. Approved unanimously.
July 14, 2008. Paul Withington motioned to approve as written. Approved unanimously.
